Buffet Three-tier display ice sculpture.
We all eat with our eyes, so displaying food is highly important. This three-tier unit was for a Ball where a spectacle, a 'show' was most important. The result was was incredible; It brought the food alive, made it look vibrant and most importantly - very inviting. Three different heights created attention to each of the foods displayed - giving 'eye-appeal'.
